A RECORD HIGH. BUT IT IS JANUARY AND A BIG DROP IS HEADED OUR WAY. LOOK AT THE TEMPERATURE ROLLER COASTER. 86 TODAY. 68 TOMORROW IN ORLANDO. LOW 60’S UP NORTH. A NORMAL HIGH IS 72. THAT IS WHY WE CALL THIS THE COLD AND FLU SEASON. BODIES ARE NOT PREPARED FOR THE CHANGES. WE HAVE SOME RAIN BUT NO SEVERE STORMS OR LIGHTNING TONIGHT. MODERATE RAIN COMING THROUGH LAKE COUNTY. SPOTTY SHOWERS IN PALM COAST DAYTONA BEACH, ALONG I-4, APPROACHING SEMINOLE COUNTY AND DOWNTOWN ORLANDO. CLERMONT, CITRUS RIDGE, THIS RAIN WILL PUSH ACROSS DOCTOR PHILLIPS, CONWAY, WATERFIELD, BITHLO, A LITTLE LATER. WE ARE NOT EXPECTING A LOT OF RAIN BUT ENOUGH TO DAMPEN THE GROUND. WHERE IT HAS ALREADY RAINED, 60’S. AHEAD OF THE RAIN, 72 TO 75. THE FRONT IS RIGHT HERE. IT IS TAKING ITS TIME MOVING IN. IT IS RIGHT BEHIND THIS WEDGE OF RAIN THAT WE GET A TEMPERATURE DROP OFF.
