Missouri escaped inmates in custody following Butler County pursuit with troopers

Live: Butler County Sheriff is holding a press conference after Troopers arrested four escaped inmates from Missouri following a traffic stop and a pursuit in Butler County. On Friday, at approximately 9:30 p.m., troopers from the Hamilton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped a Scion TC after observing a traffic violation on the state Route 4 Bypass at state Route 129 in Fairfield Township.Troopers approached the Scion and made contact with the occupants, who were later determined to be escapees from the St. Francois County Detention Center in Farmington, Missouri. While troopers were talking with them, the vehicle fled the scene and a short pursuit ensued. The Scion came to a stop on Brooke Hill Court near Willow Brook Drive in Liberty Township and the four occupants fled on foot, with troopers taking two suspects quickly into custody.Officers, deputies and troopers began to immediately saturate the area in search of the two remaining suspects. During the search, officers from the West Chester Police Department located and apprehended one of the suspects in West Chester Township at 2:15 a.m. The last suspect was taken into custody by deputies from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office just after 9 a.m. Saturday morning, approximately one and a half miles from where all fled on foot.The two suspects taken into custody by troopers were determined to be Aaron Sebastian, 30, and Kelly McSean, 52. The suspect who was apprehended by officers from the West Chester Police Department was identified as Lujuan Tucker, 37. The remaining suspect, apprehended by Butler County Sheriff’s Office deputies, was determined to be Dakota Pace, 26.Sebastian, McSean, Tucker and Pace have been booked at the Butler County Jail.The incident remains under investigation and all could face additional charges in Ohio.
